I'm missing the Move Window button on just one application. The keyboard shortcut to move the application does work, however. If I close UltraMon and restart it, the button reappears; the button is only missing when I first start up the computer and then start the application. Any ideas?

Please try if the buttons appear if you move/resize the application window.
Occasionally the buttons will be positioned wrongly after application startup, I'll look into this issue for the next release.

Thanks for your reply. Sorry for the delay in mine; I had to reproduce the issue. When I did, resizing the window by just a pixel or two did make the button show up. So it looks like it's a known issue. Let me know if I can test future releases for this (or other) functionality or bugs. :)
