My favorite screensaver is Sky, from John Walker (www.fourmilab.ch). With Ultramon, it still runs only on a single monitor, leaving the other monitor active. It wouldn't make sense anyway for it to get stretched to run on two. What would be nice is if Ultramon caused it to run in two (or more) copies, one on each screen. Maybe Version 2 does that, but I have to have password protection.

UltraMon 2 can do this, but not with all screen savers. I have tested the Sky screen saver, unfortunately it doesn't work on the second monitor, due to the lack of a live preview mode.
Regarding password protection: this bug will be fixed before final release, most likely in Beta 7. Win2000/XP are not affected by this problem.

BTW, UltraMon 1 should at least blank the second monitor. Make sure you select the UltraMon Screen Saver in Display Properties, click Settings, choose the Sky screen saver and set the desired background color for the second monitor.

OK - I was expecting everything to be automatic - should have taken the Feature Tour first! Ir does exactly what I wanted it to - displays Sky on 1 and blanks the other.
Thanks - Rob
