I've installed and reinstalled the 3.0.2 beta over and over trying to get it to work on Vista with absolutely no luck.
When UltraMon.exe is launched, Windows pops up an error saying it cannot find the file that I just double-clicked!
Is there a fix for this?

You'll get this error if the user account control settings are not configured correctly.
To fix this, go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Local Security
Policy > Local Policies > Security Options and make sure a setting is defined for each user account control option.
