When switching to single monitor mode (by umshortcuts or manually), sometimes the Smart Taskbar "loses" it's on top and auto hide switches when the secondary monitor is restored afterwards.
Both options are still checked, but the Taskbar does not behave accordingly. It works only after unchecking and re-checking the options from the right click menu of the smart taskbar.
Win98, latest version of Ultramon.
