i managed to "fix" the problem using microsoft knoledge base.
i have two options.
1 - reduce graphics acceleration
2 - use 256 colors on the secondery monitor
the first option is bad because graphics acceleration control is not seperated to each graphic card. reducing the acceleration means i can`t watch tv even on the primery monitor.
the second option - the monitor is just looking crippled.
any thoughts ?
