I am running a Dell OptiPlex GX300. I have a Elsa Gloria II running drivers just downloaded from Elsa, and an ATI XPert LCD Pro running windows 2000 standard drivers. ATI told me that I could not run this card as a dual monitor card. But, I added the line to my system.ini file as suggested for Win 98 users and it is now allowing me to run both monitors. But I still have a problem. The computer is not recognizing the Elsa card. i am not sure how it is running, but in device manager, it says that the card did not start, and in display properties it shows only one monitor running. what am i doing wrong, and how can i fix it. PLEASE HELP. thank you

Try removing all display adapters in device manager, then reboot. Windows will reinstall drivers after restarting.
This may have the side effect that the ATI will stop working as secondary...
