Das ist möglich, dazu einen neuen 'Programm oder Skript ausführen' Hotkey erstellen, dann im Feld 'Programm oder Skript' folgendes eingeben:
%ProgramFiles%\UltraMon\UltraMonDesktop.exe /load "<Name des Hintergrund-Profils>"
