when starting a program that uses the screen in a secial way -> webcam, fullscreen, different resolution. then the primairy monitor is disabled, and the secondairy becomes primairy.
I have the problem in windows 2003 and in windows xp.
the primairy is Asus V7100 Pro GF2MX400 with a Vivitron 17 monitor
the secondairy is a Matrox Millenium PCI card with an old tulip 640*480 monitor
