I'm trying out this software. Pretty nifty compared to hydravision.

I've assigned a hotkey to open a particular application. Is it possible to make it open up in maximized window?

UltraMon currently doesn't support this.

One thing you could do is to create an UltraMon shortcut for the application first, which opens the application maximized on a specific monitor, then create a hotkey to launch the shortcut.
