Will i be disappointed with the missing features (bus mastering, OpenGL and DVDMax)? Or would a NVidia TwinView PCI be a better choice?

Specs: ABIT mobo, Athlon TB, Geforce 256 AGP, Win2000 changing soon WinXP.

I'm very happy with a G450 PCI as my second display card. The Matrox software works well and the I've had no problems since installing the G450. I'd recommend it as a secondary display card.
