Was wondering how the additional buttons are placed on the titlebar? I would like to create a few more buttons of my own with different functionality.
Any help much appreciated

This isn't possible at the moment. I'll consider adding support for this in a future release.
You could use hotkeys and custom scripts to extend the functionality of UltraMon. See UltraMon Help > Scripting for details. To get access to the active window, use the GetForegroundWindow method of the Window object.
