I have a need to setup with three monitors...
Monitor 1 and 2 I want to extend. Monitor 3 I want to be a duplicate of monitor 2. I plan to have it rotated for client to see on other side of desk.
Can ultramon do that?

That will work fine, but I would recommend testing if performance is sufficient for your needs, UltraMon mirroring won't be as fast as a hardware solution.
To set up mirroring, right-click the UltraMon icon in the system tray and select Mirroring > Settings from the menu, then on the last page of the settings wizard adjust the screen update rate, by default the mirror screen only gets updated 5 times per second.
