Excel is not display on the correct task back in Excel 2010 installed in Windows Server 2012 R2. Can you please help me on this one. Thank you.

Unfortunately there is no fix for this, on Windows 8 and later (Server 2012 and later) the built-in multi-monitor taskbar gets used, UltraMon doesn't add its own taskbars.
You could ask Microsoft to look into this, or upgrade Excel, the 2016 release doesn't have this issue.
