I need to be able to display powerpoint presentations on an iPad on a teleprompter.
I am looking at using Duet Display with my windows 10 laptop and my iPad. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/duet-display/id935754064?mt=8
Does anyone know if UltraMon will be able to flip (mirror) the iPad screen so that when the iPad is on the teleprompter the slides appear the right way round?

Sounds like this should work, but you'll need to test this, also to check if performance is sufficient for your needs.

I remember trying a similar setup with my iPad and Windows PC a while back, though not specifically for a teleprompter. Getting everything mirrored correctly can be a bit fiddly! While I haven't tested the UltraMon and Duet combo myself, when I've run into tricky configuration issues with Apple devices in the past, I've found it helpful to how to contact apple. Their support team can often provide clarity on display settings and compatibility, which is great for both solving tech puzzles and just relaxing knowing you have a direct line for help.
