I currently have a G400DH and windows 2000 (SP2)
I'm looking to buy a cheap, but good video (doesn't have to be the cheapest but no GF3) PCI videocard for my 2nd monitor (i would use the second G400 port for TV)
what should i buy ?

Get a Matrox G200 PCI. Nice and cheap (look on ebay for used ones) and equivalent 2d to the Matrox.
