I'm running Vista with the patch and I can launch ScreenSaver from the taskbar by holding the left-click and from the screen saver settings using the preview button. I've got the screen saver set to come on after 5 minutes and when I return 10-30 minutes later, nothing is running. Other screen savers work when set to them, any ideas?

Unfortunately I don't know what would cause this, VideoSaver works fine for me on Vista and gets launched automatically by the operating system if there is no activity.
Did you check if the screen saver gets launched when you use a timeout of 1 minute? Maybe it gets launched, but then closes later for some reason.
