Hello,
I resolved the issue of the toolbar not being on my monitor #1, but as a result when I minimze the windows they disappear apparently behind the toolbar (I know they are running by looking at Task Manager). It doesn't matter if I click on or off "Always on top" or "Auto-hide" or "Show tasks from" or "Show border when hidden", whenever I minimze a window it disappears behind the toolbar.
My configuration, if it matters, is the following:
Monitor #3 on the left, #2 middle (primary), #1 right.
Thanks for the help.

I'm not sure what would cause this, I would recommend resetting the Smart Taskbar configuration as described here.
