Howdy!
I've beeen lusting after a dual monitor set up for years. I'd hoped for a Matrox [P750?] but the fools stopped development on DirectX at sort of 8 1/2 [they threw in a few 9.0 features]. Nvidia, according to that extremetech.com review, is second only to Matrox. But Nvidia loses to ATI in quality of video capture, sigh.
So i'm looking at a 9700 Pro all in Wonder running on an Athlon 2.5Ghz and an Asus mobo. 19" & 17" monitors.
Any comments on the general pitfalls of running dual monitors with an AGP primary and PCI secondary card system??
