I Want To Make My 3d Card The Primary But That Setting Is Grayed Out In The Display Options.
How Can I Change My Second Monitor (3d Card) As The First

Restart your machine and go into the BIOS setup.
Under Integrated Peripherals (this is where it is on my machine) you should see an option that reads "Init display first - PCI". Switch that to AGP if it's not already.
