Foren -> Multiple monitors -> video wont show on dual monitors at same time

If i open a window with video or game on both monitors, it only shows the video/game on the side with more than 1/2 of the video/game. is there a way to have the video show on both?

nvidia geforce 6800, dual dell 19in lcds..
