I am evaluating UltraMon for a specific use. I want to be able to run a second display without a screen saver, but need to launch a screen saver on the primary display. The secondary display needs to be viewable at all times - not going blank or showing a screen saver.
I have not been able to accomplish this. Is it possible ? And, if so, what setting am I missing ?

UltraMon does not support this directly.
There are two ways to do this:
1) run a screen saver which has no multi-monitor support, and make sure password protection for the screen saver is disabled. In this case, the screen saver will only run on the primary monitor
2) use the UltraMon Screen Saver Player add-on for UltraMon to run a screen saver on the primary monitor only. Please note that the screen saver player might not work with all screen savers
