How many monitors will windows 10 support. Is it dependent on the video card or the O/S

The answer is that you are limited by the number of expansion slots on the computer (4 Monitors per card is typical) and the limitations of the manufactures video Driver. Know issue for AMD is that all the monitors on one card must all be the same make and model you should have no issues.
Other issues you will have with windows is if monitors of different shapes and sizes are used it is difficult to match up the resolutions to have it not affect the mouse speed across monitors. Otherwise the Sky Is the Limit

Dipende sia dalla scheda video che dal sistema operativo. Windows 10, di per sé, supporta fino a 64 monitor, ma la vera limitazione è la scheda video. Ogni scheda ha un numero massimo di uscite che può gestire, quindi se hai più schede Penalty Shoot Out grafiche o una molto potente, puoi aggiungere più monitor. In pratica, se la tua scheda video e le porte supportano più display, Windows non avrà problemi a gestirli. Ma ovviamente più monitor = più risorse richieste!
