I've found that if I play a WMV that it will play on both screens fine, but my VOB files will only play on one monitor (the secondary, if that matters) and the main is just blank. Mpegs seem to play fine as well.

This is due to limitations in the MPEG2 decoder installed on the system.
One MPEG2 decoder which doesn't have such limitations is the one included with Moonlight's Elecard MPEG Player.
With this decoder installed, VideoSaver will be able to play VOB/MPEG2 files on both monitors.
